Employment Term: 20 hours a week

Job Description:
• Administration lead – compile and organize data, statistics and other pertinent information and trends
• Maintain records and reports
• Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
• Key member of the Trust host team in our space (answering phones, referrals, community support as needed)
• Administrative support for programs/projects in collaboration with Trust staff and members
• Other areas of responsibility may emerge as we work together and best respond to community and organizational needs and goals

• Experience in community work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Trauma informed and/or willingness to learn Trauma informed approaches
• Excellent organizational skills and experience in administrative support
• Commitment to equity and social justice
